CEMENT PLANT AT THE ESSEQUIBO COAST - GUYANA

VAS ENERGY, INC., in collaboration with a European partner, has developed the design and commissioning of a US$100 million cement plant on the Essequibo coast of Guyana.

VAS ENERGY, INC. is positioning itself to benefit from Guyana's growing economy. It plans to begin construction of the state-of-the-art cement plant in Region 3 by 2025. The company aims to begin grinding and producing cement by mid-2026.

This state-of-the-art cement plant combines German and French technology and will produce 50,000 metric tons per month of premium and superior-grade cement, at a plant cost of US$100 million.

The demand for cement, especially with the construction boom in the coming years, will greatly benefit Guyanese residents and construction companies in various areas, including new and existing roads, ports, bridges, and maritime defense.

Cement is an essential strategic product for the renovation and expansion of Guyana's economic security infrastructure. The objective of the Cement Plant project is to meet the national demand for cement and its products, with the goal of reducing costs in the local market by up to 30%.

The Cement Plant will have a workforce of between 180 and 220 full-time employees, plus an additional 100 Guyanese in other commercial activities, such as restaurants, hotels, transportation, and taxis.

We also have plans to export these highly sought-after products to neighboring countries.

Outside of employment to build and run the factory, there will be huge economic advantages, as it means ‘more affordability,’ simply because the cement will be locally made, and therefore residents will benefit from the cheaper price. This is not difficult to grasp, thats why “We decided to step in because of the cement demand and price for the product presently.” So, “Instead of importing the finished product, we will be importing the ingredients like iron ore and line stone gypsum.”

There is a big plus too in that this “Hydraulic Cement is great for sea defense and stands up longer to salt air… It’s drying time is 30 minutes longer than that of all-purpose cement, but it allows for the cement to have a better bonding.” Many Guyanese are now living closer to the Atlantic Ocean, and many of them have suffered from the salty sea breeze, so this will add impetus for local purchase, but with the high rate of production, the Hydraulic Cement will also be supplying other Caribbean countries, including Suriname. This means earned foreign exchange.

ANTI CORROSION &
ANTI RUST

VAS ENERGY INC has developed nano technology that prevents Steel Plate / Pipes, (ex: Ship Infrastructure), from rusting and/or corroding. It can be used on any steel plate and/or metal pipe.

The current lifetime application for anticorrosion – antirust is between five (5) and seven (7) years. Some companies are leading supplier of this technology, but the cost is approximately 1000% over our cost per kilograms.

Our technology, on the other hand, extends the lifetime application between twenty-five (25) and thirty (30) years.

The cost to produce this nanotechnology is fourteen ($14.00) dollars per kilogram excluding building land and equipment and we produce it on site.

HYDROGENIZED GASOIL / FUEL OIL

VAS ENERGY INC have developed a nano technology to double the quantity of gas oil and fuel oil by mixing our nano technology with one (1) barrel of gas/fuel oil with one (1) barrel of water. With this mixture, the chemical composition of the oil remains the same, the only thing that changes is that the quantity is doubled.

The burning of this fuel will reduce the pollution by 80% and prevent black smog from accumulating and threatening air quality. This is an environmentally friendly technology and can be used in a populated area.

GUYANA  RICE

We have a partnership with Guyanese rice producing and manufacturing companies, providing all types of rice for export.
